They promptly returned my first phone call in 24 hours even though they were out of town. A few days after returning to town they picked up my carpets and told me the cost before taking the carpets. The carpets were returned nice and clean a week later. They insisted on laying out the carpets in several directions until I was satisfied with their location as I had just moved into my house. They could not have been more professional or nicer.
