He was doing work at a neighbors house and I asked him to come over and give us a bid. The previous owners of our house had dogs and their was dog poop in the lawn. My son crawls and doesn't walk, so I needed a lawn that was free of where dog poop was. The original bid he gave us was too much. I contacted him and asked if the price could be reduced if we changed some stuff and made the area smaller. He gave me a deduction on the price because my son is special needs and part of a club that helps raise money for special needs kids. He told me that he wanted our son to have this yard. We paid for materials and his guys donated their time. He put in grass in our backyard for $500. It is the most amazing yard. The guy was amazing in what he wanted to do with our son.
