Service was prompt and efficient. Problem was minor, but was addressed professionally and completely. To my surprise repair was complete within 45 minutes of my arrival at the facility. High marks all around.

These guys are awesome! They are the Les Schwab of the body shop world. I contacted Steven after I hit a deer. After we discussed timing and costs I was so impressed that I added onto the project. The communication was excellent, the service impeccable. I highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed!

From the moment I walked in their 'office' I knew I wasn't in the typical body shop. The small, stone house they converted into an office was clean, quiet, dust free and odor free. It was well decorated and comfortable--like I was visiting someone in their living room. I was immediately greeted by their estimator who took my information and then accompanied me to my vehicle. He inspected the damage and we returned to the office. He got on his computer and in a few minutes he was reviewing the estimate on the computer screen, explaining to me exactly what work was going to be done and what parts needed replacing or repair. I left with the estimate in hand knowing what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. Not only that, but he took my insurance information, contacted the insurance company, made sure the check was mailed out, and arranged for my rental. The repairs were made in the time that was promised and a couple of minor items that popped up when they pulled my vehicle apart were also repaired and covered by the insurance company--I didn't even find out about it until I picked up my truck. When I picked up the truck the part that had been repaired looked as good as new--I should have let them paint the whole thing, I suppose. They had cleaned it--vacuumed and washed--and even polished out a couple of scratches that they noticed. They gave me a written warranty for the life of my vehicle. They went past what was required--definitely exceeded my expectations--and I am very happy I chose them to do the work over the other shop that the insurance company recommended. I would like to say that this was the only time I needed a body shop--but I'd be lying. I can say that this was the best and most professional shop I have ever dealt with. They kept me informed as the job went along, answered every question I had, and made sure that the unpleasantness of the whole accident/repair process was as painless as possible. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs a body shop.
