We purchased this home via "short sale" and it was neglected and in great need of care. JP was recommended by our realtor. After several bids we went with JP even though he was not the least expensive because of the detail he gave us as to what repairs he would make before painting. He and his crew are marvelous! We couldn't have been luckier than to have JP recommended to us. We have recommended him to others and plan to have him return for any new painting needs.
He helped us to find the color needed to enhance the existing slate, counter tops and cupboards. He showed me how the color I was thinking of would not work well in the house. We are so pleased with the work and colors.
We purchased a short sale home in dire need of paint inside and out. The house needed lots of TLC and JP helped us with that. He assisted us in making a decision on the paint color of our house so it didn't look like every other house in the area but also didn't negatively stand out. We are so pleased with the work he and his crew did that we will have them back when our house needs to be repainted. The neighbors have all commented on the wonderful job they did and how much better the entire neighborhood looks since our house has been painted....
This inspired some of the neighbors to repaint their homes.
