Follow them around and point things out. I called another inspector and he found the foundation to be unstable as 60% of the foundation blocks are moving. 8 blocks cracked in half. This inspector missed all of that and when I pointed it out to him before I had a another inspection, he didn t even want to do a follow up. Very disappointing
