Excellent! We originally called Baxter Electric. They immediately called us back and could not help us, but referred us to Highgrade. They came out that night and started work within a week. The rates were fair, the work was top notch and they were very friendly and professional. They coordinated with the power company to have the job handled quickly so that we were not without power for a long stretch of time. We would use again for sure.
