I ve requested $406.54 due to lost income, repetitive involvement and management of erroneous bookings, repair/completion of work to the venting for the hot water heater, and additional cleanup to return the home to rentable condition. This impacted not only my income, but income for my vacation rental company and future income for all involved. Additional chimney work was also to be done when the new roof was to be installed. This work was done when guests were in the home, prior to the roof being installed and was not completed, again without my permission and without notification to my vacation rental management company. It is my understanding they simply knocked on the door and entered disturbing the guests at the time or freely entered the home. This work was left uncompleted and I had to complete it in November. Gerry has/had keys to my home and early in 2008 Gerry entered my home without my permission and without it being an emergency. I regret that I did not file a compliant with the local authorities at the time. I believe he used his keys to again freely enter my home or knocked and requested access to due maintenance work in August which disturbed my guests and in turn caused issues with my vacation rental management company.
