When Tucker came out to give an estimate, he saw the backyard where I was having him work was a lot of lava rock. At that time he said he would need to rent a jackhammer, we agreed. When his workers came out they were trying to dig through the lava rock with shovels, which was a waste of time and effort. They also came out a day early and we were not prepared for them. I called Tucker and told him that the shovels weren?t going to work. I could hear them digging and hitting rock. At that point he took a very arrogant attitude saying he was going to pull his workers off the job and he did. His attitude was arrogant and very poor communication skills. I would not recommend the service to anyone.

I hired Tucker in May to de-thatch my lawn and mow the front yard lawn every two weeks. The first time Tucker was at my house de-thatching my lawn, he cut down an established tree, without telling me. I texted him, letting him know he accidentally cut it down, and he stated that it was standing when he left. He eventually admitted that his "bagger" must have knocked it over. I took photos of the tree and asked Tucker to replace the tree with an established one like the one that was there. I sent him photos, and he saw the tree that was laying there. The tree he killed was most likely a an Ornamental Plum Tree or an Ornamental Cherry Blossom Tree. He replaced it with a Crabapple tree. For the record, I was going to be fine with that. I later noticed that when the Crabapple tree was planted, the hole was not dug deep enough, hence the roots were showing. I know this is bad for potential weather, insects, etc. I brought this to his attention, about the roots not being buried and he told me, "those are roots from the old tree that was there." This is untrue. In the meantime, Tucker ran over one of my Peony bushes when he didn't even need to be in that vicinity of my yard. I brought this to his attention and he didn't even acknowledge this. Additionally, when Tucker mows my lawn he throws the drip line into the street and doesn't put it back when he is done mowing. The water comes on and runs all out into the street, because of this. When I had asked Tucker for an invoice with the dates of service next to each entry, he copped a major attitude with me! I cannot recall being treated so rudely by someone who I have hired to do a job! Tucker sent me numerous emails and he stated that he doesn't want to work in a "toxic environment." He was not wiling to take ownership of his damages and shortcomings, instead, he was trying to gaslight ME into thinking I am a toxic environment as his customer. He fired ME! Tucker has a lot to learn when it comes to treating his customers with respect. Every incident I listed above was his doing, and HE is his own toxic environment.

He is the nicest person, and does a remarkable job. I would highly highly recommend him!!! Hes very hard-working and did the job thoroughly and very quickly! You will not be disappointed!!!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Tucker and Flannery Services. Tucker immediately returned my call and set an appointment to give me an estimate. He showed up on time, was courteous, made some recommendations on my project, and locked in a start date. His team was here on time and he did come and check on their work throughout the two-day project. They did some tree trimming and spring clean-up work. I can tell he takes pride in his work and I’ll be hiring him for other projects!

They seemed very nice when they came for the bid. I was at work when they came to do the job, but was told by multiple neighbors that they were speeding down our road (gravel road with 10mph speed limit) and when neighbors asked them to slow down he became vulgar and threatening. I confirmed this with my security camera on my front driveway. They also broke, and disposed of a pear tree in my garden and didnt notify us. Definitely WILL NOT hire them again. Regret giving them our business and money

The yard work was okay, but telling my neighbor to f-off when she confronted him on speeding down our road was not acceptable. We have a video from our ring camera to confirm it happened. Had we known about it when it happened, we would have fired him on the spot. Not someone I want on my property again.

It’s winter entering into spring so no lawn mowing yet but was happy w/trimming and clean up.

This guy and his co-worker, did a great job putting up my Christmas lights. I will use them again for future jobs. Thanks
