Fish Window Cleaning

My only faults were they were very busy and it took a month to book them. They did not confirm with a phone call the day before, so I was worried they might not remember me. But three nice folks showed up at 8:30 to start work. They went right to work, and finished the job in a timely manner. I live 35 minutes outside of Bend, and they did not whine I live too far away for them to come out as is often the case.

Two polite young men arrived and worked hard; completed it all in 2 hours.  Did a perfect job, and this house had been vacant for 5 years, so really needed the windows cleaned!

Getting the appointment and the free estimate went fine they were very easy to work with. I although, had to call very late the day before the appointment to get an approximate time, which was something that was promised, but not done. The crew was then 30 minutes late. I emphasized with everyone I spoke with that my windows, especially my sliders and the tracks were extremely dirty. I had learned of Fish through a friend when I was actually at her house when a crew of about 6 came. They sent 2 guys to my house. One which in particular liked to talk I think more than work. The cleaning was very hit and miss. On the bottoms of the push up windows, some bottoms were cleaned, some not. One of the sliders screens was done just on the border, the inside ignored, and some windows were very smeared. I showed them immediately how dirty the tracks were in the slider doors. I would have thought with so much dirt accumulated in the corners they would have brought a vacuum or something to clean out the track. Instead they just used there wet rags (no buckets or fresh water) and made a muddy mess in the corners that went up the sides of my wall. When they were almost done, one asked if I wanted the inside sills done? I said and quot;Isn't that part of the deal?and quot; He then went back to the windows he had cleaned and redid the inside sills.Although to this day I had corners of mud in the window sills. I was extremely disappointed and will not recommend them again.

The owner is GREAT! This is the second time we've used Fish Window Cleaning and we will definitely use them again in the future. No need to try anywhere else

Very professional and expedient. They did a very good job of cleaning our tinted windows and skylights and were very careful about not creating a mess inside of our house. All in all, we're very pleased with their service and would wholeheartedly recommend Fish Window Cleaning.

They arrived about 2 hours early because a prior job had canceled. Unfortunately, Bend Broadband was down that day, so they couldn't reach me by phone to let me know. Not a problem at all because I was home and they started early and finished the entire job 1/2 hour before I was even expecting them in the first place.
Really impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown. The windows are sparkling and clean! They even promised to come back for free if we get another bird strike on our very high windows (like we had) before the next time we hire them.
I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

The men cleaning the windows arrived several hours later than stated and did a very rushed cleaning because they had little time to go to their next job.
The work was done in about an hour.
Their price was very high - much more than others in the area. They do not give estimates but will tell you the price after the work is finished - which I was surprised to find out was $100.00 more than I had been paying a local company who also did adequate work.
They were supposed to return to give special treatment to a window that a sprinkler head hits with water. They did not return or return my telephone calls.
I would not hire them again.

I was having lunch with a friend and saw their uniforms. I asked for a card and was promptly given a card and brochure and asked if I wanted a free estimate. I gave them my address; they said they'd come by and leave an estimate on my door if I was not home.
They came by 3 hours later - I was home - gave me the estimate and it was what I considered to be a very fair price. They were able to do the job and quot;on the spotand quot;. 3 very professional young men. They wore shoe covers while inside my home. Made sure that any left-over spots were determined whether to be inside or outside, and the windows were gone over again until everything just sparkles.
I am very pleased and look forward to having them return again! (and again!)

We were very pleased with the service provided and will definitely use them again. They were very accommodating with our schedule and were able to work us into their busy schedule despite the short notice. They returned calls promptly and they showed up on time (actually came a bit early but called ahead to let me know they could start earlier). They were professionally dressed and very personable. They did a great job and we would definitely recommend them to others!

I contacted Fish Window Cleaning after viewing Angie's List. They were very courteous on the phone, submitted an estimate when they said they would, and showed up for work when they said they would. They were neat and clean in their matching business logo T-shirts. They are extremely courteous and eager to please. I am so happy with them that I requested that they put me on a quarterly service. I am grateful for the service provided by Angie's List.

Everything went well from the estimate to the cleaning. I will definitely use them next year.
