Interior Painting, Wallpaper Service
I have heard of many people that have used his services that are not only dissatisfied but end up depressed at having ever signed his cost plus contract. In short it is a way for him to pad the bill to charge another 25% to 30%. He will even go to the extream of painting an entire house with a brush to add time to the bill. He will claim it is a better job but in talking with professional paint companies they tell me that it is hard to get a uniform coat with a brush especially in summer when the surface temperature of the house can rise over 50 degrees in a single afternoon. He is a charlatan selling snake oil that will end the home owner in court if they sign his contract.
