Expert Appliance answered the phone and scheduled service for the next day. The technician (and apprentice) was prompt and professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired the oven igniter and checked for other issues as well. I don't mess around with gas stoves and ovens- these guys know what they're doing!!

I called KitchenAid myself and entered the sequence of buttons to and quot;reprogramand quot; the board, but could not get the dish washer to stop blinking and restart. Called Expert Appliance and he was able to make a service call THE SAME DAY! He called KitchenAid as well and tried the same sequence of buttons and could not get it to restart as well. Took the panel off and connecting and reconnected the computer ribbon strip and it started. Told me that he could order another computer strip if the problem occurred again, but he thought it was just my three year old pushing the buttons and got it locked up into some type of sequence that we could not override. Showed me also how to lock out they system so by little button pusher would not freeze up the dish washer again. Only charged me for the service call.

First of all Rod answers his phone when you call him. No and quot;leave a message and I'll get back to youand quot; stuff. Our frig starting acting up, making chirping sounds and then the control panel lights started blinking and the temperature began to rise. We scheduled a service call for two days out but Rod said call him if things get worse, which they did. The next day the frig pretty much stopped working so I called Rod back and he came out that afternoon. It seems the problem was in the control panel or the freezer fan. After speaking on the phone with the Kitchenaid service department he was able to get to the problem without testing all the electronics which saved time and money. He ordered the part from Portland, it arrived the next day and he came right out and put it in. Problem solved.

Set up an appointment for the next day and showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for next day delivery and repair. Great service at a reasonable price. Other repair services didn't even retiurn the call!

I have used Rod a couple of times. I don't have much too add to what others have said: Good communication, prompt, will explain the issue in detail if you're interested and will also tell you when a(nother) repair is not likely to provide much service/benefit relative to the cost and when to use it and quot;until it quits.and quot; (Glass top on range; washer)

Rob is very professional, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend him. You might have to wait a few days but he's busy because he's good at what he does. Over two weeks later my washer is working perfectly. Lastly, I was so impressed when he told me he repaired appliances that broke down right in the middle of Thanksgiving and must have saved the day for a few lucky people!

We own a vacation rental home and do not live in the area. Our guests called early Monday morning and informed us that the refrigerator was not working and that their food in the freezer was thawing. We called Rod from Expert Appliance Services and explained to him the problem reported by the guests. We were so fortunate that he had an opening within the hour and would be able to stop by the house to check the problem out for himself. With the guests and our approval, Rod was able to enter the house, diagnosis the problem and fix it before they returned back from their adventure. We owe Rod a huge Thank You for his quick response. Our guests were thrilled that the problem got fixed so promptly. We will not hesitate to call Rod from Expert Appliance Services in the future. His prompt answer to our phone call and ability to respond so quickly was a huge relief to us being so far removed from the area.l

I had to replace my stove due to a mouse having made a nest in the insulation....worst, most lingering odor imaginable, not much else to be done but buy a new one. When I purchased my new stove I needed it to be installed. The salesman recommended Rod from Expert Appliances. He was on time, the price was good (better than the cost if installation was arranged through the store). Pleasant interaction starting with the first phone call through his visit and service. He was very flexible and willing to contend with my schedule which can be challenging. He cleaned up after himself and was very willing to allow me to vacuum and clean the area under and behind the stove before he finished the installation. He had a great idea to prevent future mousey invasions and put it into place for me. I would definitely recommend this company and will call them in the future if I need appliance repair.

Rod called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad circuit board. Because he'd seen so many of these, he actually had the part in his truck! About 20 minutes later we were back in business. I can't thank Rod enough for his excellence customer service!
