Diamond Cleaning Service

Yelena and Vicotor or very detail oriented when cleaning. They do a very good job. I have be using them since December of 2012. They have been very reliable and trustworthy. Victor is always willing to take on extra work when asked. He has fixed things around the house and done a few odd jobs for us. We feel fortunate to have found them to help take care of our home since we live in Portland and can not manage it on our own.

Warning: They charge by the hour, and they have to drive from Sunriver.

After reviewing with Victor and Helen the cleaning needs of our house, he gave a price of $20.00/hour, and we scheduled the first clean for May 9th. I thought the price was for the both of them, but found at the first cleaning that they charge $20.00/hour EACH to clean. Our house is large, and I gave them a comprehensive list initially with the intent to stagger after that the areas and items to be cleaned every other week. I asked them to use my cleaning products for the various different surfaces. He agreed to that, and also that every other cleaning we would want them to clean the outdoor decking and furniture that would probably take about an extra hour. I expected that for two of them it would take 3-4 hours for the inside of the house. Our 5000+ sq. ft. home in Texas took two people 3-1/2 hours to clean at a cost of $100.00 each time.
They were very thorough the first time and spent 5-1/4 hours cleaning only the inside for a total of $220.00. I realized that I did not want to spend $500.00/month to have my house cleaned. Victor agreed to clean inside thereafter for 3 hours each time.
We scheduled them to return on May 27th. I didn't realize it was Memorial Day until that weekend, but since I had not received a call from Victor, I assumed that they were okay with cleaning on that day. When they did not show on the 27th. I called him late Monday afternoon, and he assued me that he and Helen would be there first thing Tuesday morning, the next day.
They showed up on time for the second cleaning and spent 3 hours cleaning the inside. I didn't realize until they had left that they brought their own cleaning products and did not use mine. After 3 hours Victor seemed very upset and said that he had not even gotten to the outside area yet. I told him that if he had time, to go ahead. He began, then 15 minutes later proclaimed he was done, having cleaned only a few pieces of furniture outside.
He said that my house was, and quot;Too far to travel for too much work for too little money.and quot; He wanted to leave right away. I paid him $130.00 for their time, and they left.
After checking the quality of the inside cleaning, we realized that they had smeared ALL our wood furniture with who knows what product. It was all a mess! My husband and I had to re-do all the wood furniture. He was fit to be tied! He wanted to call them back or cancel the check. He wanted to call the references Victor had provided and tell them that we were beyond disappointed. I talked him out of it.
We decided to clean the house ourselves for this summer.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND this couple for housecleaning in Bend. If you have a tiny rental in Sunriver, they might do a good job for a decent price; but not for a large home in Bend.

They did work for us twice. They did a lot more than housecleaning. They did a number of repairs too. They cleaned out underneath the house for us and the building stuff that was left, they repaired stuff. I thought it was good value. They did a good job for us and we were very satisfied. We were comfortable with their price, it wasn't great bargain but it was a fair price. They were good.

I found them online. Victor and his wife showed up to our intial appointment on time. We went through the house together and they gave me a price. They have cleanned our home on numerous occassions. Victor is always willing to do something extra which we really appreciate because we are not close by. He and his wife do an excellent job cleaning and caring for the home.

They charge $22/hour. They are very trustworthy and reliable. They never show up late. They are very conscientious of me, and efficient. They get in, work hard, and get out.

Working with Yelena and Victor has been very easy. They are flexible and willing workers.
