What can I say about DaBella? I wouldn't even consider using another company to do any house project. One of the things that makes them stand out from others is their reliability, in keeping their work dates and time estimates, and they return calls. They have done my roof and window replacement. Their dual slider windows dropped my electric bill by almost half! They have such great products, amazing warranties, attractive color and style choices. They put caring for family and children in the center of each project. I highly recommend DaBella to anyone who wants a quality product, warranty and trustworthy workmanship.

DaBella is a scam - they lead us to believe that they had roofing professionals but they just subcontracted the job to another roofing company. The communication was double and incorrect on DaBellas side. We overpaid. Just find a good roofing company in your community and go straight to them.

Quality work, professional. Good follow up. Took longer than promised to actually start installation process, after signing contract and measurements raken. Phone calls promptly returned. Clean up can use some improvement

This review is more for Jake Hayes then the project as after our 7+ hours of questions and him addressing fixes for our specific needs, through his representing of your company values, ethics and integrity which mirror the way my family and I live and his knowledge and willingness to look for the right and correct answer's not just simply the best one at the moment and the most impressive was he took the time to held as much as he could to answer all my Altzhimers stricken fathers questions with as much respect, dignity, patience and grace I almost felt he was a missing family member. Took a little longer that expected. It was 4 months from signing contract to actual installation. Local installer was changed and I was not informed. Kept attempting to call the original installer and no calls returned. The team that installed the windows were professional and thorough. They were respectful of my home and dogs. They did a solid job.

UPDATE: The window DaBella installed is now failing, and they refuse to honor the warranty. BIG SURPRISE> I reiterate: Do not hire this company. EVER. After threatening Dabella with the contractors board and terminating the contract, they finally responded and showed up. Rather their subcontractor did. I never saw a DaBella employee on my job site. Long story short, the work was WAY below the expectation and I am kicking myself for not following my gut instinct to just cut my losses and run. So please let my experience be your guide.

Dont use Dabella for anything. I needed a new roof. the first roof didnt last one year, Dabella used too short of nails, incorrect venting system, while taking weeks to replace our roofing system the second time they let water into every room causing over $22,596 in damage to our home making us move out for over a month. Dabella is not working with us to pay for our personal property damage. Its been a nightmare!!

The roof looks amazing and was done professionally; financing was easy; and even though the representatives that we first spoke with were salesmen, had a good experience with them as well. The salesmen did great under fire as my mother-in-law made it clear from the beginning that she didn't like them and made it challenging for them, she did admit she was very impressed with the roof and the work that was done. As to how well the roof will stand up to the elements, only time will tell but we feel pretty secure with the impressive lifetime warranty.

My only complaint is poor communication between DaBella and the work crew chief. This resulted in more facia being replaced than the work order called for leaving me to pay more AND having to paint those boards myself after just painting last Summer. Me, not a contractor.

I had DaBella's salesperson Jacob come to my home and tell me about his company and then show me the products available. I chose a new bath tub and the surround wall and I'm happy so far with DaBella but there is a backlog of 2-3 months to do the work. So I can't rate the work yet. But I have the feeling everything will come out good.
