Cynthia'S Sewing Center

This will briefly detail our recent purchase of a new Janome sewing machine from Cynthia's Sewing Center. Over the past two months my wife and I have been looking to purchase a computerized sewing machine for her quilting hobby. I did not realize that this would be similar to buying a car as new machines are incredibly complex and pricey.  We listened to presentations and watched demonstrations at several retail stores as well as shopped online (eBay, amazon, etc.). Confusion was often the result rather than easing the decision.
At Cynthia's the experience was completely different.  Bill's presentation was incredibly informative, patient, and professional; sort of like a discussion of "informed consent" with your doctor.  With many choices of several brands, all features were discussed on a very technical level. No sales pressure at all.
Later the same day we had confirmed that the store pricing was not beatable online, and, without additional cost, local purchase came with unlimited instruction, four years of service and generous allowance for trade-ins.
We definitely feel that we "got our money's worth."
