Larry was significantly lower (average 40% less than 3 other bids)on his price. He got the project started in less than 1 week after we decided to use him. The project may have been quicker if we had used a larger company, it took him 1 1/2 weeks total to complete the job however these days included meeting the inspector and quick follow ups. He missed sealing and insulating a couple ducts but when we contacted him he came right out to fix them and was very helpful. Unfortunately we did not include in our contract that he was responsible for completing the paper work for tax incentives and rebates. Larry had told us that upon completion of the install he would have a packet of paperwork all filled out that we would simply need to sign and send in to receive several rebates and tax incentives. We ended up repeatedly calling and pleading for this over a month long period after the job was finished and ended up tracking everything down ourselves. After a fair amount of research we realized we qualified for far less in rebates and incentives than he had told us and that he had installed a furnace that doesn't qualify for any of the programs.

We had a very good experience with Comfort Heating and Cooling. Everything was fine.
