Great. Showed up on time and cleaned a bare room's carpet. He also picked up my 8x12 wool rug for cleaning. A rug that had not had a full cleaning for 8 years. It came back beautifully clean. I had him come back to do our master room. We were able to keep the bed in place after moving the smaller pieces of furniture.

Very easy to work with. They come when scheduled and complete the work in a timely manner. We've worked with them before and felt very comfortable leaving them alone in our home while we ran to Costco. We will definitely hire again. Our area rugs and carpets look like brand new.

The carpet had rust stains, pet stains and other stains throughout. He and his son walked through, measured, evaluated and gave a bid which was very reasonable. They then cleaned the carpet thoroughly, removing all the stains. The carpet looked like new afterward. No harsh chemicals were used. They did the job quickly, the carpet dried within a few hours. They also do upholstery and oriental carpets.
