The sprinkler start-up went very well - no issue. Jim, who works for Blake and Sons has always handled his work activities with both professionalism and quality.
However, the customer service from the owner and other staff has been totally unsatisfactory. On numerous occasions, calls to their office personnel have gone unanswered and no call backs received. I have had to repeatedly call them and then follow up with e-mails to get anyone to even acknowledge my contact or respond to my requests. Their ability to support their customers in a professional manner has been virtually non-existent over the last year.
The owner also has a full time career outside of this business, and he appears to have neglected this landscaping business because of it. For the prices customers pay, much more attention to customer service would have been appreciated and should be expected by anyone who engages this outfit.
