I called to request the account be reactivated. They handled it while I was on the phone. In just a few minutes I again had service.

.I also have cable TV, telephone, and internet through BendBroadband. My cable service became hit and miss at inconvient times and I called to have it checked. They sent a tech and while checking everything out, he noticed that I had an amplifier in my smart box. He then checked signal levels on the cable to my house and determined that if the cable were upsized, the amplifier could be removed. He did change out the cable box (with the loss of a few taped shows) and put in a request for the cable change. Within two weeks, a cable crew appeared, pulled out the old cable (410 feet) and pulled in a new, larger cable, and removed the amplifier. Problem solved.

Renters were happy to get the cable going

They were very helpful and added the movie channel I was requesting. They even let me know they were having a special deal on the movie channel I wanted to add even though I did not know of the special deal until the informed me. This ended up saving me money on the added movie channel. The same day I called I had the movie channel available to watch that night.

The technitions are all so helpful and patient, I haven't had one get frustrated with me and my lack of technical know-how. They lead me through, step by step, and get my internet up and working within 10 minutes. They also called back to see if everything was working correctly.
I have had this experience when my cable wasn't working too. Lots of patience and easily fixing the problem.

They were professional and the service was excellent. Any problems were attended to right away.

Bend Broad Band provides internet, phone and TV. I have found their technical phone support to be very helpful and knowledgeable. There have been a few outages in the past but not to a significant amount. Pricing is OK but a little on the high side. The service and installers who come to the house are very good and accommodating.

The price is reasonable. We are currently using them. They are as good as any I have ever used. The customer service is better than average. I would give them top marks across the board, apart from price.

I will continue to use them for my internet and cable.

The reason I use them is mainly convenience; I am in a semi small town, there's not a lot of choices, so I don't know any better. I am comfortable. If I had to recommend them to others, I would tell them that I have been very satisfied with them. But if they want to check out other services, I would tell them to do that too. I don't have any complaints about them either. The price keeps going up and then I get upset, but the more that I dig into it, the more I realize that a lot of it is because of all the sports stations and they keep raising their prices. I don't know if it is justified that I just get upset with them, I think everybody is raising their prices. They have been great, and I have no complaints. In terms of their quality and professionalism, they have been great too. They get right back to me.

I have basic cable to get the local stations. I have not had any problems with it. They did a good job hooking it up.

The price is high, but it's worth it. It is the best internet service that I have had. I am extremely happy with their service.
