Bend Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

AVOID - high price, terrible service. 1) First time didn't connect the dryer - had to have them come back and did not complete all services that were promised. 2) Came back to confirm the work was done, but crumpled the dryer vent upon reconnecting - had to disconnect, fix the vent and reconnect. 3) Promised to install a vent cap on the outside but didn't do that upon repeated requests. Terrible quality and dishonest.

We had them come out to clean ducts in a house we bought in Bend. After continued smells we had another heating and a/c company come out and what was found was disgusting. There were still balls, boxes, etc in the vents. They did not get cleaned. I have contacted them but they are saying it has been 3 months so no refund. We do not have kids in the home and all vents have covers. It is obvious they did not do what they said they did and we paid for.

We got a call back and appointment almost immediately. Cory was very pleasant and stayed until he found the dryer duct, or offered a discount. He cleaned every duct thoroughly and the house smelled better after the cleaning.
