I went to Bend Body Shop to get an estimate for my insurance after someone keyed an undesirable word into the side of my car. The scratches were quite deep and obvious. As the damage was only $8 above my insurance deductible, and knowing I could not afford the repair at that time, the owner sent my car into the shop for a quick cover and buff on that side, no charge. Although there are some scratches still visible, it is 20% or less of what it was, and hardly noticeable. I would definitely recommend them for their fairness, generosity, and concern for their customers.

It was a great experience with them. They did a good work on time. I claimed my insurance for $500 and the work that they did cost me $3000. They were easy to work with and they knew what they were doing. They told me clearly what they need to do and how long it would take to complete the work.
