Fantastic! The designer was great, she helped us coordinate the new granite slab and back-splash with our existing cabinetry and hardwood flooring. We went to Portland to pick out our slabs and were able to help layout our counter-top once the slabs came to Bend. The template went very smooth, they stayed on schedule, everyone was professional and so pleasant to work with, from the team in the showroom, the fabricators and installers! It seems like everyone we met there loves their job. We even got to meet the owner who has a fabulous reputation.
We will be calling then to do our Master Bath this winter. We are very pleased and our dream kitchen came to fruition thanks to Baptista!

I'll come back to this review after the new countertops are installed in the kitchen and the old granite is and quot;antiquedand quot; (made less glossy) and installed in the new room downstairs.

We cannot speak highly enough of Baptista. From the estimating through to completion, they were punctual and professional. When a problem arose, they figured out a solution on the spot. Their work was beautiful, the crew polite and friendly, and the end result stunning! Probably not the cheapest in town, but most certainly the best!

Everybody at Baptista Tile Company were very friendly, they tried to match up what I was looking for, and searched for a trim piece on the walls and got on the phone with other tile companies to verify for me that it was discontinued. They took us around their beautiful store to show us what we could use instead of that for a boarder and everyone was very helpful. After we ordered they said they would call when it came in and kept us informed about how it would be delivered. I was very impressed. We have other work we want to do and I will call to get my product from Baptista.

The showroom is the best in area! Custom tiles take a few weeks, but they are available. They come to your house to give a quote and will really get involved in the entire process: helping with tile choice, etc.. The consultation alone was worth the price!
