Excellent. We had one contractor who said he was going to bid on the work, sent him a picture of the door and never heard from him again, so had 2 other bidders tell me how difficult it was to stain shingles and their bids reflected that with bids of $1,950 and $2,500! Randall said no problem and we agreed on a start date, he did like he said and completed the project in time!

Randy Salveson came out and provided an estimate to re-finish our outdoor deck areas, along with outdoor table and chairs. He also provided an estimate to paint our home, which we planned to do the following spring/summer. We elected to have Bangin Nails complete our deck project, as they had been doing some work for others in our neighborhood. Overall, the deck re-finish went ok, however several stain spills occurred with splashes found on our decorative rainbow rock path, driveway, and concrete sidewalk. There were also several areas on the house siding that got stained. When asked, Randy cleaned up the siding areas, however the path, sidewalk and driveway spills weren't noticed until after they had left. A few months later, there were some fade spots on our deck, and as Randy chose not to leave us any stain once he completed the job, even though we asked for some, I sent him an email requesting the color and brand of stain he had used so that we could touch it up. There was a previous correspondence where Randy had reached out to see if we were still planning on painting our home this spring/summer. I informed Randy that we had elected to use a different company to paint our home. Here is the email communication, most current to oldest...
