Excellent experience. The estimate was completed w/in 2 weeks. The job was done w/in 2 weeks following the estimate. The actual price was 300 less than the estimate and all the work was matched exactly to the existing gutters and complete w/in 1 day. The gutters and drainage chains looked amazing, they did an amazing job.

I cannot speak highly enough of Band R Gutters. They have always been prompt at responding to my needs. They are courteous always very friendly every time they came out. They installed some gutters for us per our specs but then I decided I wanted things changed and they came right out and made it happen without any problems at all. I always felt like their motto was definitely and quot;the customer is always rightand quot; and they bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with their product. We love our new gutters and I highly recommend them.

All went well. Only issue I had was in getting the proper color selected before they scheduled the installation.

Esttimate was provided the same day we called B and R. Contract presented was clear and seemed a fair price. We were impressed with how long they have been in business and with the professionalism of the person (co-owner) who made the estimate. Work was scheduled and workers arrived as planned, worked quickly and left. Then we noticed that the new chains did not have the promised rock to help with drainage. We called and were told that the workers did not have the rock with them and would come back the next day to complete the job, which they did. It would have been better if they had just knocked on the door to inform us that they didn't have the rock and would come back later, but that is really the only issue we had with this company and it was minor. It rained the following day and the gutters and chains worked very well.

Things went fine. Work was done efficiently and cleanly.

It was a little hard to connect with someone to make an appointment since I don't like leaving messages. I suggest calling early in the morning for the best chance of getting someone to answer. Once the appointment was set, the crew called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were polite and professional. The crew leader pointed out several potential maintenance issues with my existing gutters, and even noticed a broken roof tile well away from the area he was working. He offered some do-it yourself tips for correcting the problems. I could barely tell they had been on site; no mangled plants, ladder marks on the house, or construction debris. Nice job and I will use them again.

I emailed the company and received a phone call the next day to set up an for an estimate. The day of the estimate the technician was late however he called me several times to give me an update as to when he would be at my house, that really impressed me.The workers showed up, installed the guttering, cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they had been there.
These guys are great to work with and the job they did on our guttering is and quot;fantasticand quot;. The old guttering was the and quot;do it yourselfand quot; so you saw the guttering now it looks smooth and finished. Thanks Band R Guttering!

My old Raingutters were removed prior to having my roof replaced...after the roof work, the installers returned to install the new gutters and gutter covers...front and rear. They return my phone calls in a timely manner and will inspect the system when ever I have any concerns. More importantly, they answer the phone. Even, after hours I will speak with a human (answering service). I also received a lifetime warranty on the installation. I paid more than the other companies, however I feel I received Excellent value for the money. I would recommend this company to everyone. On a budget...they will work out a payment plan with you. NO upfront $$'s requested or required. Pay upon completion. NOT before!!
