"Hi [Member Name Removed] we apologize for the delay as we were very busy as all painting contractors are in the season. However I did replace the numbers on the exterior and did some touch up. I did not get everything (yard furniture) put back to place on time, and I texted and your response was no excuses so I left it at that. I attended to all the extras you asked for and the delay on the other items was due to being the crazy schedule, my apologies. Can't please everybody."
