+ -1 moreThey asked nfor 10% more than the agreed upon estimate on the first day. The power wash was a joke. The prep was non-existent. They just showed up and spray painted the house over dirt and cobgwebs. The owner was rude and insulting. The did not give us the state mandated paper work. Halfway through we offered to pay for time and materials to date and get someone else to finish. They refused. At the end we offered to get someone else to come and fix it and pahy them what they asked minus whatg it cost to get it fixed. They put a lien on the house. We filed a complaint with the state board, which found in our favor. We ended up hiring a lawyer. In the end we paid the lawyer but not them. We then hired someone else to do it right.
