Did not seem to know exactly what was wrong with my fireplace but eventually replaced a part.
I was neutral re the call until I had an excellent person in to perform service on my pellet stove and realized that the attention to the fireplace was less than ideal. The part Advance Comfort replaced was doubled in price on the bill. The excellent pellet stove person was here 3 hours, cleaned and inspected everything including the pipes. Did not replace any parts. Charged me 95.00. Advance Comfort was here 2 hours and charged me 120 labor and 60 for the 30 part. Would not use him again.
I was disappointed again in Angie's list review which was not accurate.
