My water bill had steadily risen over the summer to doubling by the end of summer. I suspected leaks, but had no idea where they might be. The house is older (1978) and the outside faucets did not appear to be "winterized" ones. Matt assured me during our initial phone call that they likely were but may be cracked. He arrived on time, quickly assessed what needed to be done and got right to work. His assistant did the actual dirty work (luckily, access to the water lines under the house were relatively easy but still required some time on one's stomach!); but Matt came back after everything was done to check on the work and check in with me. Everything went smoothly and was done really quickly. No mess (that I could see!) and I felt the price was fair. The assistant showed me the cracked pipe pieces, confirming the source of at least two leaks. I believe A+ is an honest, fair and reliable business and will call them again when the need arises.
