We made an agreement in writing to mow every two weeks for $130 a month. He came once. It wasn’t a great job, but it was acceptable. Then he no showed no called. I called and texted until he responded that he was too busy and I should find another company. Well I don’t have a backup landscaper or a lawnmower myself. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

Armando and crew did an amazing job of removing the weeds and completed the job in a couple of days. The lot looks great and I am sure the neighbors appreciate it. We plan on hiring them again next year.

Called and spoke with Armando to come to our cabin to do a spring clean up. Found them on Craigslist. He came out the same day to walk the job and we agreed on a price based on our 3/4 acre lot. He started the job right away, mowing and raking up and removing all the pine needles. He was extremely polite and courteous. And wow, I wish I had some of his energy. He worked fast and was very detailed. We will hire him again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for excellent yard service/maintenance.
