Property Appraisal
Craig Zell came to look at the property very quickly as promised. He told me we would have a report in about a week. A week later, we received a contract to sign and paid a 1/2 deposit. The contract stated two weeks. The report was received 1 1/2 weeks late. Mr. Zell said they would email the report to me, but his office said they would not release the report until it was paid in full so we had to go there to pay and pick it up. The report was entirely wrong (based on wrong size house, bathrooms, etc.) and had to be completely redone. The new report looks correct. We had originally been promised the report in about a week...it took 7 weeks to get a correct report. They never called to tell me the report would be late. I had to contact them.
