WORKING ASSETS

It is excellent service and the price is very good.  They send us a bill once a month and we pay it, we haven't had any problems.

I liked that they donated to many good causes. I never had any problems with my service or billing. They were eventually charging between 15 and 25 cents per minute, depending on time of day. I finally searched and found another company that charges 2.5 cents per minute 24 hours per day with no monthly charge. When I called Working Assets to let them know I switched they said that since I was a loyal customer for over 10 years I could get a rate of 2.9 cents per minute and $5.95 per month. I asked how it was that my being a "loyal customer" had not prompted them to let me know about their much better rate years before I quit. They replied that they couldn't call all their customers to let them know about it. When I pointed out they could have included the better rate option along with their monthly bill they didn't have an answer. Because of this I will never go back to them and am spreading the word about how they treat their "loyal customers".

I have always been very pleased with everything about this company. They've been my wireless provider for 2 years and long-distance provider for many more. They are extremely courteous, responsive, and helpful. Price is very competitive. I have another wireless carrier through work and have found Working Assets to be far superior in all aspects.
