The entire experience was fabulous. I was initially skeptical to learn that James contracts to install the windows, however, I only have high praise for the work done. The windows arrived on schedule, the install date soon followed and the workers arrived on time and kept my house, both inside and out, free of any dust and debris from their work. After the installation I noticed a slight problem with the fit of a few windows which was immediately taken care of. I was impressed with both the service and responsiveness we received.
