They had a lot of different brands and different models of televisions and stereo system as well as accessories for mounting your television, a stand or even speakers. The staff there was really helpful as far as asking questions of what you eventually need from your home theater system and as far as 3-D TV, Blu-ray and that sort of thing. They were not pushy which was really nice. We didn't have them deliver, we just took it ourselves. They referred us to another local company that came out to the home and installed everything for us. I don't think they do any installation and so they just refer to different companies that are local around the area. They were wonderful to work with. They have advertised that they have the lowest prices in the area compared to big box stores and since installation was a big factor with us they were able to refer us to a reputable company that was able to do what we required. Other retailers won't necessarily offer that service or be able to refer us anywhere.

They  gave me excellent information and advise about the right tv to fill my needs.  Their  service was excellent.  I had to change the delivery date 2 different times because of problems with a furniture company not delivering my stand for the tv as they had promised.  Roan at Video Only couldn't have been nicer about the changes and even set me up for delivery on a Sunday .  The price for the tv went down after I bought it and they reimbursed me for the difference with no problems.  I will definitely go back there when I get another set.
