Great work efficient, quality work and professional

Excellent! Mike was responsive. He came ahead of time to let me see what the different options would look like on our floor. He never seemed rushed or impatient. He did everything exactly when and how he said he would. The floors are beautiful and my husband and I regularly say how much we like how they look.

The job could not have gone better. When I first called Mike Neuman (owner of Tualatin Velley Wood Floors) and asked him for a bid the response was terrific. Mike and I set an appointment time and he was prompt and punctual!. He said that he would have a bid to me within 24 hours and he did! Mike's bid wasn't the lowest that I received but two things sold me on him---1. He does all of the work himself so I knew that I would have only one person to deal with throughout the project. 2. Mike comes across as a totally honest, straight forward guy. I liked him immediately.
From this point the project simply got better. Mike was at our house exactly at the starting time each day, left the house totally cleaned up at the end of each day and finished the job on time and on budget. His workmanship was first rate and we are completely happy with the job. In addition, Mike uses a very expensive sander with a vacuum system that virtually left our house dust free. My wife and I were amazed at the lack of dust at the completion of the project!

Mike installed new hardwood floor for us in our home. We compared his estimate with 2 other companies and the price came in very competitive. I liked that we only dealt with him and he did all the work. A friend recommended him and we have since recommended him to many friends. Actually the floor speaks for itself. We have a lot of parties and people always come in and compliment us on the floor. It's beautiful.

As agreed - we did not like one small area after he was done - he came back and replaced it and said he was happy to do it to keep us pleased with his work.

We were very pleased. The floors turned out beautiful. They had to match our existing floors. They bought the same type of wood and layed it in to match the pattern. I was nervous to get it done right. You can't tell were it started and ended. They were very accommodating. Their price was reasonable.

Very professional start to finish and excellent quality. Mike came out to measure and prepare an estimate. He was on time and explained what he would do, and was happy to break out costs and options. He showed what we could save by doing the carpet/subfloor tear out ourselves. When I decided to save some $$ and do the tear out, Mike even came over and showed some tips for the work. Mike did the install and finish himself, he doesn't have employees or sub work out. Mike completed the job when he said he would. He's was very dependable. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new floors match the refinshed floors perfectly. I would use Mike again, and recommend him.
