Originally went to the Mattress World on Cornell and 160th in Beaverton. We bought a mattress there and after about a month and half we decided it was not the Mattress for us. SO went back to talk to the people about exchanging it - it was under a comfort exchange warranty. THE STORE HAD CLOSED! So after a couple of calls we found out the store was moving but we could go to ANY Mattress World and get helped. We went to the 8775 Cascade store in Beaverton and was able to pick out a new mattress and have it delivered and the old one picked up. The sales staff was extremely helpful, patient and professional. They listened to our concerns and budget and able to guide us to the mattresses within our budget. So even thought the original store we got the mattress from closed, the Cascade store didn't blink an eye when it came to helping us out. A VERY pleasant experience. They showed up at the appointed time and removed the old mattress and set up the new one all in under 10 minutes. And they wore booties so as not to get the carpet dirty. Very professional.

If it is your first time buying a mattress, take your time. You'll see everything on the market, and the salespeople are knowledgeable.

Great! I went in with my daughter and they gave her a balloon right away which made both of us happy since I had to pick out so many mattresses while keeping her occupied. They made it so easy and quick, their prices are very good and their service is great! They have a 90 day sleep guarantee which we used, since my husband wasn't with me I chose a mattress that wasn't right for him and they had no problem exchanging it. Wonderful people and company!

It went great. The salesperson was one of the best I've ever encountered in that we weren't pressured, and I felt he was being honest and gave us a good price. The mattress was delivered quickly. The foundation had a problem and they delivered a new set the next day. I wish we had found this guy earlier. His name is Brendan.

ALAN HELPED ME AND WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PATIENT AS I TRIED OUT MANY BEDS. HE ENCOURAGED ME TO PURCHASE THE PROTECTIVE PAD AND WE LIKED IT SO MUCH THAT WE ENDED UP BUYING ONE FOR OUR GUEST ROOM BED. THE MATTRESS TURNED OUT GREAT AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR PURCHASE
