Sewing Machine Repair
I was told that I needed a new circuit board for my almost 5 year-old Bernina computerized sewing machine. I didn't have a good feeling about this major repair. However, since I hadn't turned the machine on in over a year and didn't even think to turn it on before taking it in for a routine cleaning, I had no proof that it had been working just fine. I was told that I probably had not used a power surge protector strip. I responded by saying that the dozen times that I had actually used the machine, I had always used a power surge protector strip. Needless to say, if this what "quality" is for a Bernina product, then I will never own another one.

Great customer service, two staff members helped me with a foot that wasn't fitting correctly on my machine and replaced it free of charge.
