The gentleman wasn't able to fix the problem the first time he came. He had to come back to repair again and there was no charge this time. He kept replacing some tubing and obviously it wasn't the main cause of the problem. My refrigerator is still not fixed; I just turn the water off because it's leaking. My husband doesn't want to pay somebody else to come out and look at it. It sounded to me that the gentleman was always delaying it.
