He is very professional. He grew up here. He has done a lot of work in this area. I have friends whose homes he has remodeled to the extent of completely rebuilding the home. One such home had a garage at one end and they changed it into a family room. They completely switched things around and built a garage at the other end. They changed the whole look of the house. He and his brother are contractors. They have their own companies. I have not worked with his brother but he is really good. He had a team of good people working with him for a long time like a drywall company and electrical contractor. They are all people I would recommend. He is very professional in starting his bid, getting the contract signed by both the sides, giving us all the specifications and getting the right permits and inspections. The last people we hired kept saying that we did not need some permits or inspections which in fact we needed. There were people we should have contacted and they lied to us about it. He would tell me if my ideas were not good. He would offer suggestions. He would not do something just because I asked him to and charge me a fee for it. We were happy with all the work he did and all the people he brought here. We were never unhappy with anything that he did here. We were fully satisfied with his work. We know that the price was reasonable. We are not flush with money and he is very careful about the material he gets for us. I would recommend him to anybody but sometimes he does not return calls. He could not get so much work and did not know what to do.
