My interaction with them was outrageous. My overall experience with them was okay. They were alright. They did not actually have the material that we chose originally, so we had to change our selection because they did not have enough in stock. You should ask about how much of the material they have, if you know how much you need before you narrow your selection down. Otherwise, you can be frustrated when you make your final selection, and they tell you that they do not have enough in stock.

It was a great experience, they did a great job for us. We are very happy. I would recommend them highly.

I am new to home remodeling so I did not know what to expect or the proper questions to ask. I assumed the store would take care of the whole project but this is not the case.
They connected me to an outside contracter (Wall to Wall of Vancouver) who performed the granite installation. They sold me tiles for the backsplash, but they don't do installation so I had to find someone else to do that. Also, I did not think about the detail work of having counter tops installed and they did not guide me well on this.  I found out the hard way that I would need a plumber for the sink reinstallation and a contractor for backsplash/tile installation, oven and dishwasher reinstallation and minor damage at the cabinets and window moldings from where the old counter was removed. 
Their prices seem very fair for the product I received but I do want people to know that, essentially, this is a supply company and they provide no in home services.  Their interior designer, Trena, was nice and very prompt with her responses to my calls or emails. They do have a very good selection of products so I might use them again for purchaing products but I would go with a contractor for any installations I need inthe future.

All went well. I took my time to look at all flooring samples in the store, and then took a few samples home to make my final decision. I had a few questions and got quick and accurate answers. They do not offer a delivery service. I had to make multiple trips in my pick-up truck, and then hired some neighborhood kids to help me with the unloading. Still, I think I got a good deal, and will probably purchase tile from them for the kitchen and bath remodels.

The pricing was fantastic. The quality is amazing. I am really really pleased because for the price that we paid, we got fabulous material and workmanship. It was under specifications. We are pretty happy with the outcome.
