Steve Louie will work his tush off for you. We have always been impressed with his knowledge and skills in every instance we have dealt with him. He has been a realtor for about 20 years and it shows when you work with him. He is calm and collected all the time, and he has dealt with some challenging buyers for us! He has contacts for every possible services you might need when buying or selling a home. Last year we bought a house for my mom to live in and it took us about eight months to find the right one. He even showed up randomly and mowed the lawn for my mom (she is disabled) and didn't think twice about it. Bottom line, this guy will take care of you and take as much stress out of the selling and buying process as possible. I would stake my reputation on it!
