Furniture - Sales
Don't be in a hurry for your furniture! Ordered a TV stand on June 9; did not receive the finished piece until August 31 (83 days!) While the showroom is in Beaverton, they send the pieces to Milwaukie for finishing, a detail they failed to disclose when we ordered and paid the nonrefundable deposit. Even though they have trucks in the parking lot with their business name on them, they do NOT deliver the furniture, another detail they failed to disclose. We ended up paying the finsiher to deliver it. (Unfortunately, he arrived without any helper. How he thought he was going to move it into the house was a mystery.) The furniture quality is okay. For the price, I would have expected better customer service. Dealings with them were unacceptable; surly and rude. I will not use this business again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
