I’ve used SpiritOne over ten years and given them thousands of dollars for Internet service. They used to be responsive but no longer. After it failed almost a week ago, they don’t answer calls or email. The problem appears to be a missing password that should be easy to fix. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. The service cost below is per month for 3 mb/768kb DSL.
