 + -1 moreSince they did not have the glass on hand, they told me to come back about 3. At 3 they took care of me promptly, and quickly put in the glass while I waited.

 + -1 moreDean arrived even earlier than arranged. He did an excellent, meticulous job with great attention to detail. He was thoughtful about leaving parts my husband might use in future home repairs. There was good communication throughout. My (picky) husband was well satisfied!
Description of Work: They replaced the windshield of our 1986 Vanwagon. They were willing to give us a discount for an existing replacement gasket we supplied.

 + -1 moreService was OK and the replaced windshield doesn't appear to leak. However, I was disappointed with the lack of detailed attention to clean-up. Bits and pieces of the old seal remained in the car interior, small drops of fresh mastic needed to be cleaned from the exterior and the paint was gouged (small, but still gouged) by the tools used to cut and remove the old window seal.

 + -1 moreSPEEDY GLASS DID THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. WE WERE WITHOUT OUR CAR FOR JUST A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS. WHEN WE GOT THE CAR BACK THE AREA AROUND THE WINDSHIELD WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN WE'D TAKEN IT IN.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD IN OUR 2002 BUICK AFTER A STONE THROWN UP BY A LARGE TRUCK HAD CAUSED A CHIP WHICH THEN CRACKED QUITE A BIT.

 + -1 moreTHE GLASS SHOP WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THAT A REGULATOR IN OUR 96 JETTA WAS FAULTY A PROBLEM THAT THE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT PIN POINT. THE REPAIR COST WAS HALF THE PRICE THAT THE DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE CHARGED.
