Since they did not have the glass on hand, they told me to come back about 3. At 3 they took care of me promptly, and quickly put in the glass while I waited.

Dean arrived even earlier than arranged. He did an excellent, meticulous job with great attention to detail. He was thoughtful about leaving parts my husband might use in future home repairs. There was good communication throughout. My (picky) husband was well satisfied!

Service was OK and the replaced windshield doesn't appear to leak. However, I was disappointed with the lack of detailed attention to clean-up. Bits and pieces of the old seal remained in the car interior, small drops of fresh mastic needed to be cleaned from the exterior and the paint was gouged (small, but still gouged) by the tools used to cut and remove the old window seal.

They were about what I expected which was pretty good. Courteous, fairly prompt, better than average price, OK turnaround (could have been a little quicker but they did seem to at least try to hurry.)

SPEEDY GLASS DID THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. WE WERE WITHOUT OUR CAR FOR JUST A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS. WHEN WE GOT THE CAR BACK THE AREA AROUND THE WINDSHIELD WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN WE'D TAKEN IT IN.

THE GLASS SHOP WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THAT A REGULATOR IN OUR 96 JETTA WAS FAULTY A PROBLEM THAT THE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT PIN POINT. THE REPAIR COST WAS HALF THE PRICE THAT THE DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE CHARGED.
