Mattresses
Good experience: We found the salesperson helpful and low-pressure, encouraging our trying different mattresses, and guiding us to choices based on our preferences. Only gripe we have is minor: when ordering, we were pressured to spend $50 for a "mattress protector," on the basis that any stains would invalidate the warranty. The price for this was reasonable, but the fact that it was sprung on us at the last minute was a bit annoying.

Mattresses
Great, I spoke with head salesperson (Don?), who was very friendly & informative and a lot less like most mattress sales folk. Many of them seem like used auto salesmen to me. Anyway, he was helpful and got me a killer deal (I have a company discount as a Tektronix employee). They threw in free mattress pads and delivery, and picked up our lightly used, organic Queen mattress for donation to charity.
