Francisca has almost never missed an appointment, although she has sometimes been delayed while doing another customer's home. With three of them working she is usually in and out in about an hour. The first time they cleaned was more expensive, as three of them spent about 4 hours deep cleaning my house. After that, they do regular maintenance while rotating through various specific duties (ie, cleaning light fixtures, paintings, piano, interior windows) depending on the customers needs and desires. I have had them clean up yard debris and they've "spring cleaned & pruned" my sister's yard. I've felt that the work is consistently well done and at a reasonable price. Francisca also works at a hospital doing cleaning and I feel that she brings that same quality and efficiency with her to my home. I am frequently not home when she comes, but have NEVER had a reason to complain about breakage, damage, anything out of place, or sense of lack of security.
