Description of Work: Rebuilt roof over back yard deck

Description of Work: After a home inspection prior to the sale, we paid to have an inspector come in so we can find out what problems might pop up. These were the items recommended for fixing. He replaced the water heater, and extended overflow drain, cleaned crawl space and spread six mill black plastic. He fixed rot on door and frame, installed gfci outlets in the kitchen, cleaned gutters and limbs off roof, provided and installed carbon/smoke protectors. This was a sellers home inspection. Meaning that we paid to have this one done, and the next invoice he will do for us is the buyer's home inspection.

Description of Work: This was for a buyer's inspections. He provided and installed a cut down door for back deck. It had to be cut down to fit the back doorway. He also provided and installed new heater in master bath and patched the hole in dry wall from the old heater. Installed flashing to fix dripping gutter and painted a wall in the master bath. He also installed gfci in the bathrooms.

Description of Work: My mother's home was up for sale and the first people to see the house loved the house but hated the kitchen. It had a floating wall in middle of the kitchen with a washer and dryer in the back of it that made a very narrow walkway in front of the fridge that made it hard to get around. So we had Ryan do an estimate and then he took the wall completely out and moved the washer and dryer to a game room area which comes off the back yard and turned it into laundry room. He rewired everything and put in a deep mud sink. He patched the ceiling and put in new lights where the wall used to be and laid vinyl on the floor. He patched and painted and also did carpet cleaning for us. He arranged for a professional carpet cleaner to come in and help us with that.
