+ 0 moreLes in extremely talented and his work is professional. He works without break from the time he arrives until he leaves so there is no wasted time and expense.
Description of Work: Les insatlled and vanity and a recessed medicine cabinet, in addition to some small drywall reapirs. Since the vanity was a little oversized for the space, he very professionally sanded down the vanity witrhout any damage tro the piece of furniture. The medicine cabinet was designed to be externally mounted, however, Les did a super job in adapting so that the medicine cabinet could be recessed.

Description of Work: Less built my carport, a beautiful cedar disability ramp that cruves around my porch. a picket fince and 2, 6 ft gates for a larger fence to enclose my back yard.

+ 0 moreLes gives a professional estimate and sticks to it. He is pro-active in finding ways to keep the cost of a project reasonable, seeking materials that will serve and yet not be too expensive. He is responsive to calls, turns up when he says he will, and works in a professional manner, cleaning up after himself when a project is done. He has a willing, open manner and has become a true friend as well as a service provider.
Description of Work: Les has performed numerous projects, starting in the Fall 2007 when he created a cement staircase along the side of our house in order to create a separate, side entrance to the basement. This including cutting through to the basement and putting in a security door. He also remodeled one of the rooms in the basement, including putting in a sink and counter. He laid vinyl flooring in the bathroom, and fixed a leak in the basement exterior wall. He has removed the grass and leveled the front yard, building a retaining wall next to the sidewalk, and has laid paving stones for paths and two patios, and extended the wooden fence between and a neighbor to enclose one of the patios.
