Ron Crutcher told me about houses, then would say they're not available and then try to get me to be interested in houses that weren't what I wanted. I had put an offer on a house and bought it. It didn't take too long to find it. There were no hidden fees. He took a percentage of the house sale that he had agreed on beforehand.
