Chad was highly recommended to us. We contacted him in early June but he was too busy and was booked thru winter. We decided to go with another framer but when the time came in August to do the framing, the framer did not show up. We contacted Chad again on a whim and asked him again. He happened to be available in a month. He started when he said he can. I am a wood worker and have a very high expectation when it comes to carpentry. Chad and his people surpassed my expectation by far. Their work is precise and clean. Not only the walls are straight and plumb but their appearance is so flawless it makes one to want to leave it fully exposed. I can not say enough about the quality of their job. The crew is also very professional and hard working and Chad is quite knowledgeable about his trade and very honest in his dealings.
Description of Work: RAM did the framing of our new house. This house is an architect/custom design with lots of intricate details. The roof is fully hand cut and the house is Advance Framing to meet LEED requirements.
