Ken Reetz with JMA Properties did great for us.  This was our first home purchase.  We had been referred to Ken by my wifes grandparrents who also used him to buy their house.  We were limited to a fairly small budget (160-175K) and had specific needs that we had to have due to our inhome daycare (such as a big yard, at least 1500 Sq feet and at least 4 bedrooms).  With these requirements and a small budget, he definately had his work cut out for him.  Ken took the time with us to make sure that we were happy and that all our questions were answered.  He went on at least 10 to 12 house visits with us (maybe more) before we finally found the right one.  After we found the house, he dealt with the bank that was selling it and kept on them so that we did not get lost on someone's desk or in their paperwork shuffle.  We have been here about a year now and are really happy.  We are really greatful for the care that Ken took in finding us our home.
