Very accommodating and professional to work with. Evaluated issue, thorough understanding of the problem and "Plan B". Explained everything they saw plus the solution for every problem. Replaced shower kit and cartridge with new. On request, also cleared drain & overflow and assessed water heater. Fast and efficient, very reasonable. Highly Recommended.
